FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do I get in contact with you?
    If you need to get in contact with us and have any enquiries at all, then please do email us on or call us on 07956421677. Alternatively you can follow us on our social media platforms, our response time may be quicker on Instagram: @pinkgiftstore_ . We also have a contact page available where you can email us directly from there. Please note that our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm but we will respond out of hours when possible.
  • When can I expect my order?
    All orders are shipped out from the UK. We aim to get your order to you within 2- 3 days of being dispatched. Do not hesitate to contact us with any queries with any orders you make. Next day delivery should arrive within the next working day of the order being dispatched.
  • Can I make changes to my order once its been placed?
    Once you have received your order confirmation, changes can not be made via the website. If you require any changes to your order, you will need to contact us by phone or email. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will try our best to amend your order but please note this may not always be possible. If we are not able to amend your order you will need to refer to our returns and refund policy if necessary.
  • What are your delivery charges?
    Please see our shipping & refund page for all delivery charges.
  • "I have received my order but something is missing or damaged, what should I do?"
    If any of your items are missing or have arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us via email as soon as possible with your order number, the product in question and the issue. Please make sure to forward photographs and please make sure to report within 48 hours of receiving the product. Email us on pink_giftstore@hotmail.com
  • I havent recieved my order, what should I do?"
    If you are still waiting for your order and for any reason feel concerned then please email us with your Full Name and your Order Number and we will more than happy to assist you. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
  • Can I return and get a full refund if i do not like the product?
    We hope that you love the products that you receive from us as much as we love them. However, if you do need to return your item the initial posting and packaging charge is non - refundable. You will need to return the item with the refund slip. Please note personalised items are non refundable or any products that have been opened or used are also non refundable. Once the items have been received we will then refund the money.
