How do I get in contact with you?
If you need to get in contact with us and have any enquirys at all, then please do email us on email@example.com or call us on 07792 638583. We also have a contact page available where you can email us directly from there. Please note that our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
What are your delivery charges?

When can I expect my order?
All orders are shipped out from the Uk. We aim to get your order to you within 2- 3 days of being dispatched. Do not hesitate to contact us with any queries with any orders you make. Next day delivery should arrive with the next working day of the order being placed / order being dispatched.
Can I make changes to my order once its been placed?
Once you have recieved your order confirmation, changes can not be made via the website. If you require any changes to your order, you will need to contact us by phone or email. If your orde has not yet been dispatched we will be ammend your order but once the products have been dispatched we can not ammend the order.
I havent recieved my order, what should I do?
If you are still waiting on an order that should have arrived then please contact us with your order number on 07792 638583 and we will more than happy to assist you. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
I have recieved my order but something is missing or damaged, what should I do?
If any of your items are missing or have arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, the damaged product and the issue on 07792 638583 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. In some cases we may be able to issue you a new product without a refund but will need proof in images in this instance.
Can I return and get a full refund if i do not like the product?
We hope that you love every item you purchase from us as much as we love them. However, if you do need to return your item the initial posting and packaging charge is non - refundable.You will need to return the item with the refund slip you wlll have recieved and once we recieve you order we will process the refund or exchange.
