SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of our shipping and return options and charges are specified on our website. Shipping outside of the UK may incur additional delivery costs. Heavy items may be subject to a delivery surcharge which will be shown on the applicable product page.
Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days if the items are in stock. Deliveries are made on working days only (Monday- Friday). Deliveries may take longer during Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Years.
If you have a particular deadline, we would recommend using our Next Day Delivery option. Please be aware of any items that show Next Day Delivery is not available.
Next Day Delivery
This service is only available for UK Mainland. Place your order before 2pm Monday - Thursday and we will dispatch your parcel for delivery (next working day). Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday.
Our Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

Your right to cancel can be exercised in writing by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item has been dispatched we are unable to cancel the order. You will then have to follow the return policy. We can only offer a refund on delivery costs if the product is faulty,
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt. We are sorry but personalized products, food and self-assembly furniture (once partly or wholly assembled) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. We are happy to refund or exchange products returned within 14 days of receipt. It is important that items are returned in perfect condition so please take care of them and pack them appropriately.
We recommend you request a Proof of Postage certificate (free) from the Post Office if you return your goods.
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt. A replacement order will take approximately 7 days for delivery. If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund. We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have lost your Returns Form please contact us and we will email you a new one to print out.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact our customer services department. We will exchange or refund any faulty goods at our expense provided they have not been damaged through misuse. In some cases we may require photographic proof of the item and may not require a return, but a replacement will be sent.
